Changing Net Dir

I've had trouble with this since switching to Vista and I hope I can find
some help here. If this is not the proper group, please let me know which
group would be best suited to my question.

I use Delphi 2007 Professional with the Boraland DBE. Anytime I install one
of my programs on a Vista computer, I need to manually change the NET DIR
through the BDE Administrator to point to another directory other than C:\.

I have a copy of the CodeGear Article 23231 "How to change Net Dir
programmactically so it persists" but I must still be doing something wrong.
I need code for delphi that will reset the BDE Administrator by going into
Configuration, Driver, Native, then Paradox to reset the NET DIR

Can anyone help? Thanks for your help.
